Hillsborough Pastoral
At Hillsborough Pastoral in Guyra NSW we breed dorper sheep and angus cattle.
We provide a low stress environment for our sheep and cattle practising ethical livestock production. We ensure our livestock have at all times safe and secure paddocks to graze, fresh water, shade and shelter.
Our sheep and cattle are rotationally grazed on native and improved pasture. We practice pasture cropping by planting multi specie cover crops into our native pastures with minimal soil disturbance, and minimal use of fertilizer and herbicide.
We strive to improve our soil health which in turn will improve the health of our pasture and animals.
